THE FOUNDER

Why I Built This

I spent 20 years as a Project Superintendent building luxury retail stores for brands like Carolina Herrera, Valentino, and Victoria's Secret. Every weekend, I showed up to absorb the chaos the office created during the week. I became the person who fixed what others couldn't.

When I left construction to become a full-time caregiver for my son, I knew I wanted to build something that absorbed chaos for other people โ€” especially in healthcare, an industry my father served as an anesthesiologist.

Uniforms Logic isn't just a platform. It's my answer to every healthcare administrator drowning in spreadsheets, paper vouchers, and vendor headaches. And the Academic Partner Network is my way of making sure that solving operational problems also funds the next generation of healthcare workers.

I didn't want to start by cold-calling hospitals. I wanted to come home to the schools that shaped me and build something meaningful together.
