What does "Free Scrubs for Life" actually mean?
If you're the founding ambassador for your program, you receive your clinical uniforms free through the Uniforms Logic platform every year โ while you're a student and after graduation as a working professional. As long as your school or any network hospital is on the platform, your scrubs are covered.
What if someone already nominated my program?
The more students who nominate, the better. Every nomination strengthens the case to your department chair. When the pilot activates, your chair selects the Founding Ambassador โ the student who made it happen. All other nominators earn a $50 uniform credit. Only 25 nomination spots per program, so don't wait.
Does this cost my school anything?
Nothing. The 90-day pilot is completely free. No platform fees, no setup costs, no commitment. If the school continues after the pilot, the platform fee is waived for the entire first year.
Will my department chair know I nominated them?
Yes โ your name appears on the formal nomination. This is a good thing. You're bringing a solution to your program that saves students money and funds scholarships. Department chairs appreciate students who take initiative.
How does this fund scholarships?
Uniforms Logic gives 1% of every transaction back to your school's scholarship fund. When hospitals join through your school's referral, they can donate up to 2% of their uniform savings as tax-deductible contributions to your school. It adds up to $18,750โ$25,000 per year from just three hospital partners.
Can I nominate a program at a school I've already graduated from?
Absolutely. Alumni nominations are powerful โ you already experienced the uniform chaos firsthand. If your old program activates, you still qualify for ambassador status and free scrubs as a working professional.
Is there a limit to how many students can nominate?
Yes โ only 25 nomination spots are available per program. Once they're filled, the next students join a waitlist. Nominate now to secure your spot.
